Our client is a design and construction management company, currently seeking to recruit a senior quantity surveyor to join their London team.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will need to be a self-motivated, commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor, with the capability to oversee a team of 2-3 package QSs and be directly responsible for a package yourself.

With a proven track record of completing high quality projects on time and within budget, you should have extrensive Po st qualification experience in the major airport, commercial, education and Design/Build projects.

Candidates interested in this role will need to hold a minimum of HNC/D in Quantity Surveying or a Construction management related subject, with excellent mathematics and IT skills , especially excel and CAD measurement.

You should have Knowledge of Contract Law, a sound knowledge of building and construction methods, knowledge of environmental regulations, and be able to prepare contracts.
