Our client, a leading high street retailer are looking for an experienced VM Manager to manage and run their high profile store in London.

The role will entail devising strategic VM plans that can be implemented and rolled out throughout the brand. Your role will be key to identifying issues and opportunities, continually challenging ideas and feeding back to Head Office and Retail teams. Continually providing new ideas and inspiration, you will develop the skills of the team and effectively project manage. You will provide visual solutions to store trading issues, oversee the budget and build effective relationships with Head Office departments.

The successful candidate will have a flexible approach with the ability to juggle several projects, whilst managing and motivating a team. You will be a confident communicator, as the successful candidate will be expected to present and feedback to senior management. The successful candidate will have management experience of large teams and have a proven VM background within a fashion retailer.

You will be very fashion aware and have a strong interest for lifestyle trends, fashion and keep up to date with trends.
