The requirement is for someone who is versatile and from a high calibre in being able to run fast track fit-out and refurbishment projects with typical values 750K but capable of running projects up to 1.5million.
The ideal candidate will be from a trades background and will have carried out this position for a minimum of 5 years in either a fit-out or refurb ishment environment.
