As a Team Leader at Barclays, you'll turn difficult situations around and make potential negatives into positives - building our customers' faith in our ability to solve their problems in the process. What you'll give o ur customers as a Team Leader
It'll be down to you to lead, develop and motivate your team and help them see to it that all customer complaints are resolved according to the standards set by customer relations and the regulatory requirements of the Financial Services Authority. You'll also make sure that all members of your team understand what's expected of them and know how they're performing - while supporting their career development and seeing to it that they have the resources and training they need to be effective and efficient.

What you'll need as a Team Leader
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need an understanding of relevant legislation, regulatory and FSA guidelines and some team management experience. We'll also need to see outstanding communication skills, complaint handling experience and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
