What the role entails
Working within our newly launched Property & Engineering division on our FM deskyou will have the opportunity to build, develop and shape its growth under the Renard brand learning from experienced recruiters in both the permanent and contract market places. Reporting to the Divisional Manager/ Managing Director you will also have the opportunity to learn hands on the secrets to establishing yourself as successful recruitment professional.
The Ideal Candidate
As a trainee consultant you are required to have the necessary drive and enthusiasm to launch such a career and although no technical or working experience is required, you will need to be naturally persuasive, possess a strong work ethic and be well presented and persistent. Good written and spoken English and basic computer skills will be essential. This role would be ideal for a recent gra duate looking to launch themselves into the recruitment industry.
