What is a Designate role;

This is a permanent role designed to bring future talent into our business. Youll have a comprehensive induction lasting 12 weeks, which will not only introduce you into our business and how it works but also our fantastic products. At the end of this programme you will be assigned a store in the advertised area.

You dont need previous experience with jewellery or watches, as our award winning Learning and Development Team will spend time with you and help you to become an expert.

What you need;

* An excellent track record in Retail as a Supervisor or Management ideally with a premium brand.
* An awareness of the commercial performance of the store.
* An ability to lead, coach, train and develop your team to maximise potential and performance.
