The chosen candidate would be assigned a mentor in order to progress as quickly and effectively as possible. Everyday roles include participating in meetings, conference calls, events and training. Promoting the cilent's product and providing customers with information is also a key element of the role. Emphsis is placed on the chosen candidates ability to progress into a management role which offers the opportunity to train and mentor others.
