55,000 - 60,000 BDM opportunity promoting FM, TFM and facilities management (facilities maintenance) solutions to industrial, engineering and automotive customers across the UK

Title : BDM / Sales Manager - FM

Location : Midlands

Basis : Permanent

Salary : 55,000 - 60,000

Responsibilities:

Promote complex TFM and FM contracts and services to automotive, engineering, manufacturing and industrial customers across the UK

Build relationships with automotive OEMs and automotive tier one organisations

Build wider relationships with engineering, manufacturing and industrial customers across the UK

Take overall responsibility for formulating bids in response to RFI / RFQs from customers

Experience and Skills:

Ideally experience of selling FM, TFM and facilities maintenance and facilities management services

Any exposure to automotive, engineering, manufacturing and industrial sectors would be beneficial

Strong new business development, account management and sales experience

An entrepreneurial, driven and ambitious sales manager / business development manager

Sales Manager / Business Development Manager candidates could be based anywhere in the Midlands area commutable from Birmingham, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Warwick, Coventry, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, East Midlands, Rugby, Stafford etc.
