One of our prestigious clients based in Birmingham City Centre are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to support their internal Sales Team.
You will be ensuring new business implementation processes run efficiently and effectively.
This fantastic company offers in-house training and development and is in a great location. Lovely hours of work - Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ( 1 hour lunch )
Duties include:
Ensuring all contracts are completed accurately and all documents are correct.
Liaising with internal and external departments ensuring accounts are all set up
Completing daily and monthly reports
Compiling departmental analysis
Mail merging and capturing data for marketing purposes
Successful candidates must have:
Previous experience within a similar role desirable
Able to work accurately in a demanding role and able to work on own initiative
Strong MS Word / Excel and Access
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Able to work to tight deadlines
Benefits include - 21 days holiday, travel allowance after 3 months and a pension scheme.
Salary - 15,639
Hours of Work - Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
