Business Development Manager required on a fixed term basis to work within Bournville College.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Development Manager to work within our growing Business Development team at Bournville College. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging new and existing employers to generate apprenticeship vacancies, supporting any pre-employment activities and to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, reporting regularly to the Training Manager.

The successful Business Development Manager will possess the following:

An appropriate qualification to at least level 4 (or working towards)Sales or Account Management experience with a proven sales recordProven team leadership skillsAbility to identify and discuss organisations' training and development needsUnderstanding and experience of apprenticeship programmes
