Hours To be flexible between 8am 8pm Monday Saturday

An exciting opportunity has arisen as a result of continued growth for a Business Manager to oversee client operations covering our central Birmingham and Ashby site. Reporting to the Operations Director this role will be responsible over all operational and client requirements in Birmingham and Ashby.

You will predominately be based in Birmingham however as the role also oversees operations in Ashby regular travel will be required.

This role is client facing and the individual will be required to work closely with the client to fully understand their brand, products and requirements. You will ensure the business consistently meets and exceeds clients expectations through effective communication and translating client needs into operational activities. This role will also have a strong focus on increasing sales and delivering continued growth.

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience within a similar role preferably within a contact centre environment. Demonstrable leadership ability is essential as is a proven successful track record of increasing sales volume, maintaining and enhancing productivity, exceeding KPIs and ensuring employee engagement initiatives are implemented.

This is not a job for the faint-hearted. The demands are great, the standards are very high, and the role is varied. This role would ideally suit a strong contact centre professional with the ability to manage conflicting and sometimes tight deadlines whilst also demonstrating value added operational activities.
