Teaching assistant required

A high achieving Birmingham Catholic Primary School requires a teaching assistant with experience of key stage 1 & 2 for along term position.

We are looking for an outstanding teaching assistant to support the Foundation stage children at this school, the successful candidate will be able to motivate and inspire the children and also encourage them to strive to reach their full potential.
Successful Primary Teachers must:
Be sympathetic to the Catholic ethos of the School
Hold NVQ 3 or equivalent & eligibility to work within the UK
Promote equal opportunities in the classroom
Have experience of working with Nursery and Reception
Commitment to the learning and development of pupils
Work at a consistently outstanding level
Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students
