The Role
A key appointment to further develop a perms business within the Call Centre sector and concentrating on Senior Staff.
Ideally you should have an understanding of the permanent recruitment process, a commercially aware approach to your business and a solid sales background.
The power of persuasion coupled with passion and business acumen will guarantee your success within this forward thinking team.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will need to be:
A strong communicator coupled with a passion for excellence and successExperienced in identifying, developing and managing new business opportunities A team player, with an ethical approach to success Focused on providing an outstanding serviceRecruitment Experience is an advantage, alternatively a solid sales background will be considered.
