Field Implementation Managers x 2 (6-month fixed-term)

Join us as a Field Implementation Manager to supportthe successful implementation of ourBranch Transformation Programme. This is an ideal opportunity to contribute toan exciting programme of change.

The Role

To ensure delivery on site of the program of works for refits and other works in line with the Principles of Branch Design and Branch Transformation in order to ensure an acceptable return on capital and consistency in implementation of the Pharmacy brand. Complete timely & professional branch developments and implement the latest model branch by delivering planned project roll outs to stores so that stores are able to support the customer experience. Key responsibilities for the roles summarised below.

To ensure delivery on site of the program of works for refits and other works and appropriate training for implementation of new processes and systems at branch and colleague levelTo agree with the regional Operations team the program of works and gain their buy in as a key stakeholderTomanage a programme of works, ensuring the relevant documentation is available for the Operations and Refits team to support effective delivery and communicationTo ensure the refits are planned in accordance with the Principles of Branch Design to provide the most profitable use of space and deliver the Co-operative Pharmacy standard for the customerTo manage regional contractors on site to deliver the branch refits on time and on costTo ensure the branch team fully understand the program of works during the refit to minimise disruption to customers and branch trading To analyse all stores post refit performance and take action accordinglyTo manage any given minor works projects in store development within the agreed deadlines, quality and budgetTo train and implement instore processes and systems as deemed by the business to ensure smooth delivery and understanding at colleague and branch levelManage and lead responsibilities on site so that the branch launches to standards required

Requirements

Experience in a similiar role Project management Experience of working tostrict timescales and deadlines
