Position Summary
To be the single point of contact for the UK dealer network for all warranty and policy enquires. Working as part of a team reporting to the Warranty Team Leader.
What youll do

Respond to dealer telephone and email enquiries Assess warranty claims supported by current systemsPrior approve warranty and policy repairsEnsure warranty processes and procedures are followedOther duties as determined by the Warranty Team LeaderWhat youll need
Motor industry experience preferably with technical and diagnostic procedures Knowledge of warranty processes and procedures would be desirableGood communicator with good interpersonal skillsExcellent telephone mannerTechnical diagnostic skills or Basic technicalWarranty backgroundDemonstrate a keen eye for detail Computer literacyFlexibilityWhat We Offer
