The purpose of this role is to assist the team by providing practical support to outreach clients living in the community, as directed by the Outreach Practitioner. It is therefore essential that you have relevant experience and are qualified to work with vulnerable people.

This role will involve assisting the Outreach Practitioner as required, liaising with partner agencies, setting up meetings and completing referrals as necessary. It will also be a requirement of this role to staff the emergency line, acting as the first point of call for clients and partners needing to access the service.

You will need excellent communication and record keeping skills, be able to effectively buildand maintain relationships and follow organisational policies and procedures.
