There is a sustained increasing demand for our services in the Bid and Programme Management Capability Practice, so we are looking for consultants to join this exciting business. At this time we are looking for bright energetic individuals in the bid management area able to support bids and proposals

Purpose of the Role
Deliver value to Quintec clients
Support the improvement of the B&PM consulting capability, professional standards and service offers.

Principal Relationships

B&PM Head of Practice
Head of Business through consultation with the Head of Practice
Assignment relationships will be as directed by the client, appropriate to the role

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Bid and Proposal management for Clients
Enabling the development of winning proposals
Production of Bid Management plans
Managing the bid through the Thales Governance and Control process
Managing the proposal through the review cycles
Enabling effective resource management within the Bid
Co-ordinating a wide variety of proposal inputs

Reporting for Clients
Progression through Governance process to release proposal
Provision of review outputs and reports

Developing Planning and Control capability within Quintec
Case studies and engagement reports
Development of bid and proposal capabilities within Quintec

Technical & Professional Skills

Member of the APMP, or equivalent (with expectation that membership would be achieved within 12 months)
Experience of bid management toolsets
Knowledge and understanding of IT business systems
Detailed understanding of bid management, procedures and processes
Ability to present ideas for improvements in a team environment
Ability to influence from within a team environment
Ability to communicate and report effectively at meetings with customer

Desirable
APM or Prince 2, or additional professional qualifications
Experience of a broader range of proposal toolsets
Experience / Knowledge of consultancy methods
Soft skills or consultancy experience and training
Recognised project management certifications and formal training
