Now well into its second year the Pavilion Restaurant at Birtle has become a very popular and established business and due to continued growth is now seeking an experienced Chef who can boast high quality cuisine to further raise the dining experience that is the Pavilion.
This high end establishment, situated in beautiful countryside, is an intrinsic part of the exclusive award-winning Birtle Brook village and now requires a high calibre Chef to join the well established kitchen team.
The successful candidate will need to further develop the Pavilion's reputation for high quality English dishes working alongside the Head Chef & sharing all duties and responsibilities to ensure the restaurant continues to maintain its well deserved and exceptional reputation.
