Pitney Bowes has an excellent development opportunity for a graduate / entry level Business Analyst to join our CRM Business Solutions Team in Harlow, Essex. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join this innovative department who provide support on all CRM Business Solutions. You will be involved in helping the team on projects that help the business achieve new levels of effectiveness by communicating with stakeholders across the business to fully understand their business requirements. At the same time working with the Technical group to develop end to end solutions.
Business Analyst experience is not essential however you will need to be of a curious nature and look to understand why things are done the way they are and have the ability to take decisions to make improvements. As the Business Analyst you will have the ability to analyse and document complex business processes, as well as writing requirement specifications for Information Systems. The role also requires end to end experience of the project lifecycle as well as strong communication skills to work on a daily basis with end users. A knowledge of salesforce.com or other CRM systems would be advantageous but is not essential
