COLLECTIONS ADVISERS - LEEDS

FULL TIME PERMANENT - TO START ASAP

STARTING 15,000 GOES TO 18,750 AFTER 9 MONTHS + UNCAPPED COMMISSION



Our client, a leading Debt Recovery Specialist is looking for experienced sales, service and collections agents to join their thriving central Leeds team.



If you have a strong call centre, collections, sales or retail background and have the ability to talk to people we would like to hear from you.



SKILLS

Successful applicants will have the following

Excellent rapport building skills

Patience, empathy and ability to identify with customers

Ability to work to targets

Self Motivation

Fantastic negotiation skills

Ability to persuade people and bring them around to your way of thinking

Good time keeping and organisation skills

IT Literacy

Basic level of numeracy



MUST BE FLEXIBLE - HOURS ARE BETWEEN 8AM AND 8PM MON-FRI AND EVERY 3RD SATURDAY 8AM - 2PM
