Marketing Assistant
Salary: 18-25k depending on experience

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Assistant in their Leeds office. Your role as Marketing Assistant will give you the chance to develop a close working relationship with all departments.

Key responsibilities included in this role will be managing and coordinating the scheduling, organisation and planning of a busy schedule of UK exhibitions and events as well as attending where appropriate. You will be required to assist with the creation of marketing collateral for our clients consumer products division working alongside the Consumer General Manager. Whilst supporting the management and growth of our clients existing artist and engineer endorsement roster.

Developing relevant marketing materials to support new and existing products whilst liaising with external PR agencies, contributing to the successful management of public relations and social media coverage. Market research will be key to this role to support our clients strategic planning.

Assisting the sales force in monitoring product pricing, general administrative support for Senior Marketing Manager and marketing team.
Our client requires the following essential skills
Excellent level of written and spoken English. Creative, confident nature with a dynamic, strong personality. Outstanding communication skills and a candidate who is personable with a friendly attitude. You should have excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good time management, confidence and diplomacy. A full, clean driving license is required.
Desirable attributes
Experience in dealing with people at all levels. Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (or similar CRM and ERP software) an interest in audio, DJing and music in general. A generally upbeat, confident, motivating individual would be ideal. Adaptable and happy undertaking a multitude of tasks.
