To help us build on our success, were looking for a Property Research Operative to join our existing team.

Role:

To continually enhance and improve the property information that is held at CVS to aid with sales and marketing campaigns

To assist the sales teams to target the most appropriate prospects in the most effective manner

To demonstrate professionalism at all times to ensure the highest levels ofquality are achieved in all aspects of the role

Key Tasks

To visit key properties in person to assist with data accuracy and completeness

To add value to CVS data sources through accurate and detailed information gathering.

To be responsible for ensuring work is completed to the highest standard and accountable for results achieved

To communicate in a professional and polite manner so as to promote the good practice of CVS to external contacts

To achieve individual targets

To ensure best practice is upheld and to drive improvements in quality standards at all times

Communicate innovative ideas to address any issues

Undertake additional duties as required for the smooth running of CVS business

Person Specification

Ability to learn quickly and effectively and in a logical manner

Willingness to be creative and think of alternative solutions when encountering problems

Have the ability to work towards targets and agreed KPIs

Good communication skills

Self-motivated with a can do attitude

To be flexible and adaptable

To understand the requirements of being both responsible and accountable

UK Driving Licence
