Growing claims company requires a compliance officer, you must have strong quality assurance experience, have worked in a PPI environment and be efficient with Ministry Of Justice rules and regulations
The position:
To deliver a successful compliance plan within the Company, enhancing the compliance culture. Success will be measured in terms of the Company's performance in adherence to the rules of the Conduct of Business, as set out bythe MOJ
The responsibilities.
You will undertake call quality and client file audits ensuring that the Quality Assurance standards, including Best Practice of MOJ are being met and that the quality of claims is to a high standard. Produce detailed and accurate reports of calls, with resolution advice on any instances where Best Practice has not been met to be passed to Sales for them to act on in order to further coach & develop. Keep up to date on all regulatory related issues and understandtheir relevance.
The essentials.
The ideal candidate will have experience recording & producing information for inclusion within Management reporting. You will possess a high degree of self-confidence to withstand criticism of the compliance process as it identifies areas where poor practice has been the previous norm. working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Salary 8 per hour
