Digital Designer, ideally with around 5 years or more experience, needed for a leading Marketing agency in Bristol. Youll be one of the main Digital Designers in a successful agency, working on a broad range of digital projects and campaigns.

The successful Digital Designer will be:

First and foremost, a graphic designer at heart and in training, with a passion for applying design thinking to websites, apps and online media. Your thinking will go beyond the look and feel of a project to get under the skin of the user experience. Usability will drive everything you do. You will have experience of translating this into usable wireframes prior to full design and being part of the usability testing process. You will be able to apply your thinking, not only through design, but also through contributing in the HTML and CSS build of the project.

Ideally you will also have some further advanced coding knowledge maybe including JavaScript, Ajax, PHP but theres a team of talented developers dedicated to this part of the process.
You will have a good understanding of social media and be able to implement social campaign strategies. You will also love to bring concepts to life through animation and interactivity, proficiently using Flash and some ActionScript 2 or 3 would be ideal.

You will be used to working as part of a team including creative and build skills, but also be able to take on projects and produce them without constant guidance or direction. Youll be used to working in an environment with high levels of professionalism, being punctual and reliable.

As well as a good creative mind and digital skills to match, youll be a positive, friendly character who enjoys a bit of banter, and likes to work as a team to pull together the best work the agency can produce.
