We are currently looking to recruit an Employer Solutions Consultant whose role it will be to achieve job outcome and sustained targets by sourcing suitable employer vacancies and providing opportunities for progressing clients into sustained employment. You will secure interviews and job placements for clients, and market the services of the Company via face to face meetings with local employers.

Specific requirements:

Previous experience working as a Recruiter/Consultant within a demanding agency environment would be advantageous.
An ability to quickly get a good understanding of and respond to local labour market needs is essential.
An understanding of, or experience of working within the welfare to work sector is desirable.
Ability to build long and lasting relationships.
Personable with excellent communication skills.
Ability to organise and plan a busy work schedule.
IT literate.
Good level of numeracy and literacy.
Driving license and use of own vehicle.
Experience of working to targets, within a target driven environment.
