French-Speaking Helpdesk Advisor

We are looking to recruit a French-Speaking Helpdesk Advisor in the Pentwyn area of Cardiff.
The successful candidate will be fluent in both French and English and will be able to speak, write and read in both languages. (this will be assessed upon application and throughout)
The candidate will work in a small team who takes inbound calls from around Europe regarding technical advice on company-specific products. The candidate will undertake product-specific training and will then be able to convey the relevant information to the customer. It would be beneficial if the candidate could also speak another European language. Problem solving and a solid understanding of the product range will be required.
All calls are inbound, where conversations will take place in French, but all notes to the system should be made in English.
The right candidate will have experience in a customer service environment and should be comfortable in dealing with customers on a day to day basis over the phone.
