The Role:
The Sales Manager will take overall responsibility of the sales and development of the current business. The key aspects of the role will be business development, marketing and client liaison.
Upholding company values and ethos at all times. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all current clients. Develop and implement Sales and Marketing strategies. Identify new areas of the market and work closely with Operations Manager to generate new business in these areas. Drive forward the growth of our national operation in Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds and London Utilise company contact management system and record all sales activity. To produce month end reports and forecasting, detailing turnover, sales and profit generation.The Company:

Previous experience within a similar role and excellent understanding of catering and hospitality is essential.
Minimum of 2 years sales experience. Proven track record in new business development, self driven and passionate. Knowledge of the local hospitality industry and temporary staffing market. The ability to build close relationships with all clients and colleagues. Sound financial awareness and understanding of temporary recruitment. Ambitious entrepreneurial spirit to lead and drive yourself and others, and the willingness to grow within an SME. Strong communication and organisational skills. To have a strong, fresh, forward thinking character, motivated and creative thinking.OTE 30K
