The Role IT Remote Support Engineer (Medical / Healthcare IT Systems / PACS)

Following expansion they seek to recruit a IT Remote Support Engineer, responsible for providing technical support on a range of PACS medical / healthcare informatics systems.

In this highly rewarding and varied role, the jobholder will have full responsibility for the remote support of a wide range of healthcare IT systems. You will resolve incidents with PACS and RIS and handle a variety of events in the following technology areas: PACS, RIS, Oracle, SQL, HL7, DICOM and all windows and client server versions.

Your Background - IT Remote Support Engineer (Medical / Healthcare IT Systems / PACS)

The successful applicant will derive from an IT support or IT service background and have a sound knowledge of IT and digital imaging technology and systems, IT hardware and servers, Microsoft clustering and Oracle / SQL databases. You must be able to demonstrate previous experience of working with healthcare IT, medical IT, healthcare informatics, PACS, RIS, radiology or cardiology IT systems and knowledge of DICOM, HL7, PACS, HIS or RIS.
