Inbound & Outbound Sales Advisor required for blue chip client in Old Trafford.
16,000 plus bonus of 2-3K

Our client are currently looking for a target driven, sales focused person to join their sales team. This role is not about making outbound cold calls and will instead be a mixture of inbound and outbound calls exclusively with existing customers.

The role will also involve speaking to customers coming to the end of the finance agreements and where possible try to renew or upgrade their agreements. You will be experienced in working to targets in a telephone based sales role and will thrive on achieving goals and targets and converting sales. You also require strong customer service skills and you will have to resolve customer issues on occasion as part of the sales process and you will also handle overflow customer service calls.
