We are seeking a Sales Administrator working for a component specialist in Saffron Walden to cover maternity leave.

Your duties as Sales Administrator will include but not be limited to:

Using a database to enter ordersLabelling of packagesSpeaking with customers on the telephone and via emailFiling of invoices

As the Sales Administrator you will be the point of contact for all enquiries coming into the organisation therefore, you will have good customer service and communication skills. You will also be IT literate with programmes such as Microsoft Office and be able to stay organised and methodical in your working.

Although not guaranteed there could be scope into progressing to a permanent position.
