Skills, knowledge and behaviour

Expect 2.1 or above, business or marketing related degree - preferred. Capable of self managing and motivated to deliver team objectives on time. Professional, businesslike in attitude and aptitude. Good communicator. Proficient in excel. Past experience of research/market analysis - preferred.

Additional job board published information

In terms of day to day activity the key activity will be research & data analysis. For example, (with training) accessing databases to extract key data, then consolidating that key data into sector/market reports. In addition, desktop research on end customers will be needed. There will be a small element of telephone discussions with trade bodies (but unlikely to be face to face unless local).

Selection day on 15th June at AXA Manchester offices, 42/44 Fountain Street Manchester M2 2AX. Decisions communicated 18th June. Note: All placements are subject to an external reference agency check. Start Monday 9th July, end Friday 7th September 2012 (8 weeks).
