Jobber Supervisor - Jewellery Repair - Birmingham

Are you looking for a new opportunity to utilise your experience as a Jobber? (This can also be know as a 'setter' or 'mounter')

We are currently welcoming applications for the position of Jobber Supervisor within the Signet Jewellery Workshop.

As Jobber Supervisor you will be looking after 7 Jewellery Jobbers and 1 Polisher youll also be responsible for delivering excellence in customer service, providing effective jewellery repairs to the highest standards and undertaking quality control on all the department output.

Youll efficiently operate and maintain the machinery and equipment in the warehouse and identify any new tools required. As Jobber Supervisor youll also assess repairs to determine any further parts / stones required and adhere to cost control and appropriate stone return to ensure margins are maintained and loss prevented.

Youll also performance manage the team determining personal development plans to enhance their technical skill and develop further aspects of fine Jewellery repairs.
