Part-Time and Relief Support Workers required for exciting new Supported Living Scheme with huge potential for growth across Essex. The scheme is located within newly built and luxurious apartments and has a Management/Support Worker base on-site.

You will be supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health Issues with many aspects of their daily lives; within their home and out in the community.

Requirements:

Essential - Previous experience of working with and supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health Issues.Essential Flexibility and ability to work at short-noticeDesirable- NVQ Level 2/3 qualifications and upwards.Desirable - Previous experience of working within a Supported Living/Housing Scheme.Desirable - Previous experience in dealing with Challenging and Complex Behaviours.

Successful applications will be required to undergo an Enhanced CRB check, provide Satisfactory References and complete a Health Declaration Form.
