My client are a well known construction consultancy that have been established for over 20 years. Having recently become part of dynamic property and construction group, they are seeking to appoint a Project Manager for their South West region. This role will be responsible for delivering project management solutions in both the public and private sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management of multiple projects both pre and post-contract up to 5m in valueAbility to work with and develop local supply chainWork collaboratively with other Project Managers to manage related issues on the multi-disciplinary projects and liaise with stakeholders on requirementsContributing to business developmentFinancial management of own commissionsProvide support on major project management commissions, taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery.To ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven ability to deliver projects up to 5m in value.Able to form strong client relationships.Ability to adapt to a wide range of commissions, from a high volume of smaller projects to larger one off commissions.Recognised degree in Building/Quantity Surveying, Project Management or relevant discipline preferred.Consultancy or construction background consideredHealth and Safety qualification
