World Duty Free are currently recruiting for Replenishment Assistants in ourBirminghamairport store.

Fulltime (37.5 hours per week, hours from 10.00am - 6.15pm)

The Role

Our Replenishment Assistants ensure our shelves are always brimming with treats, and presented in the best possible way. Part of the role takes place behind the scenes, involving a lot of lifting and handling of stock. You'll also need to have good people and service skills, as a large part of your time is spent on the shop floor, merchandising stock and offering advice to our customers.

Support the retail teams to deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming, personal environment for every customer. Continually improve performance through constant coaching and development, both individually and as a team. Maximize sales opportunities and be aware of in-store activities and promotions, category sales and daily and hourly targets. Support the retail team to deliver excellent customer service by processing stock and maintaining excellent standards of merchandising and cleanliness. Prevent company property loss, theft or abuse and report losses to line manager. Ensure that Health & Safety standards are adhered to.

Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant product knowledge and merchandising skills.Experience in a retail customer service environment. Knowledge or work within a service industry. Be self-motivated and able to contribute effectively to a team. Have excellent interpersonal skills in building relationships with customers and team members. Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. Ability to communicate verbally in English.
