Sales Ledger Manager

My client is looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Manager to join a small team based in Leicester. The department is currently running with one other member of staff however this is likely to increase.
You will be responsible for
- Managing the team to achieve KPI's and company standards
- Maintaining the Sales Ledgers
- Leading by example
- Allocation of payments
- Banking
- Reconciliations
- Monthly one 2 ones
- Annual and 1/2 yearly appraisals
