As a result of our continued growth we are recruiting for aSales & Marketing Account Executiveto join our busy team, based in a converted church in the heart of Didsbury Village. The post holder will be responsible formanaginglarge numbers of customeraccounts, ensuring that the requirements of thelandlords and letting agentswho advertise on our website are met and the value of those accounts are maximised.

The successful candidate will managenew and existing customer accountson aday to day basis, primarily by telephone. In particular the post holder will be required to addresssignificant volumes of inbound leads and enquiries, as well as manage ad-hoc marketingduties.

To succeed you will need to evidencestrong sales and negotiation skills, be a great communicator anddemonstrateexcellent telephone skills.Apositive, can-do attitude is essential and some experience of sales in a web-based or property environment would be a distinct advantage.

Thepackageis attractive, with a basic salary of 16,000 and c 9,000 of commission in year one.
