Shift Maintenance Engineer

Afonwen is Wales leading laundry and linen hire company. The business opened a 6m new production unit in Cardiff in June 2008 and continues to rapidly expand.

The Role: Working as the 8th member of the Engineering Team, the successful candidate will be required to maintain and repair plant and equipment.

Completing all planned maintenance and machine logs.Repair and maintain plant and equipment.Fault finding and minimizing downtime.Good degree of responsibility and managerial input.

The Candidate:

Experienced multi-skilled engineer/electrically biased.Proven record within a production environment.Experienced with a fasted paced production environment.Conversant with PLCs.Enthusiastic and willing to learn.Shift pattern of 2 days on 2 days off 2 days on 2 days off 2 nights on 2 nights off 2 nights on 2 nights off.
