As an experienced and qualified Land Professional you will have first-class contacts, a detailed understanding of the patch and a sound understanding of land appraisals and the planning system. You'll always think of the wider implications of your work, and how it can help improve business performance.

Managing the promotion of strategic projects, your experience may be as a town planner, engineer or land profession but you need to have the skill set to drive large and complex residential led schemes through to outline consent. Supporting the wider team you will also assist in the identification and sourcing of new opportunities.
