This role of Manager is a Maternity cover position based in our Bluewater Boutique, where you will be responsible for managing a small team of highly motivated Betties to ensure they consistently provide the exceptional customer experience were renowned for!

As the Boutique Manager, you will be an ambassador for Sweaty Betty, and should love keeping fit, and looking good whilst doing it! You will report directly to the Area Manager, and are responsible for:
Driving forward salesRecruiting, leading, managing and developing your teamMaintaining appropriate staffing levels within budgetEnsuring all your staff maintain Sweaty Betty standardsMaintaining appropriate stock levels in your shop and ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and merchandising are upheldMaintaining security of the shop premises, stock and all shop moniesCompleting and submitting all necessary paperwork to Support Office
You have Retail Management experience and are looking for the next step in your career. You are passionate about anything to do with sports and are both a people as well as a commercial person.

Start date will be mid to end of July. Salary is 21K plus bonuses for a 40 hour week which will include weekends. Clothing allowance is given every season, with a generous 50 discount!
