Ambitious, career minded Team Secretary / PA needed for a meaty role within a lively professional services firm in the heart of Bristol. This is a Team Secretary / PA role supporting a small team in all aspects of their work so as well as preparing tender documents and typing reports, you'll be actively dealing with clients, arranging diaries, invoicing and getting involved with the credit control side of things. A good understanding of financial processes would be a bonus but you must have solid private sector experience as a Team Secretary / PA within an area such as property, finance or accountancy.

* Provide full Team Secretary / PA support to a team within Bristol
* Diary Management
* Preparing PowerPoint presentations & tenders.
* Typing letters and correspondences
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Arranging meetings
* Organising travel arrangements.
* Coordinating meetings and minute taking
* Active involvement with clients
* Invoicing and debt management
* Dealing with marketing costs
* Assist producing client reports

This is a super opportunity for an ambitious Team Secretary / PA who wants a meaty role where they can be part of a lively and friendly team in the centre of Bristol. You must have previous experience as a Team Secretary / PA working within a private sector firm such as accountants, property or financial services/
