Experienced, target driven Telesales Operatives required for our Sidcup Office.

As a Telesales Operative, you'll be contacting potential customers by telephone. Your job is to work from a database in order to secure appointments for our sales team to visit clients. You will also be required to generate and chase new leads.

Duties will include:

Describing the services we offer and how we are innovative in our approach to our services.Securing appointments for our Directors to attend to carry out site surveys and discuss our services.Gathering and documenting information about the customer.Maintaining and updating database.Resourcing new leads for database.Sourcing pre tenders/ tenders.Producing own weekly performance reports Sending Confirmation e mails to appointments.Sending emails and brochures to potential new clients.

The work is fast paced and intense, and you have only a short amount of time to build rapport with customers and explain the features and benefits of our services.

The successful candidate will have:

The ability to work successfully within a target driven environment.An understanding of the legislation relating to direct marketing.Excellent communication and listening skills A polite, confident and friendly manner Confidence using computers Confidence working with customers and building relationships. Perseverance and the ability to respect customers' answers

Demonstrable experience of, and strong desire to achieve targets in an outbound calling environment with a proven ability to close.

Salary and Commission negotiable.
