Salary - circa 20,000
Location Moon Street, Bristol
Hours Full Time, 37.5 hours per week between the hours of; 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday Friday, although full flexibility is required to cover business opening hours.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a full time Training & Development Officer to work on our rail campaign. The main purpose of the role is to implement training approaches that meet the business and campaign objectives and contribute to the campaigns further development. These objectives will be achieved by designing, delivering, evaluating and testing training programs and working with the operations team on quality programs and initiatives. The successful candidate will also be required to identify and agree future training requirements and establish interventions to satisfy them effectively. The successful candidate will also be required to implement strategies to aid staff retention and development

Assist in the design, implementation and delivery of training solutionsInterface with internal and external contacts to ensure all business needs are satisfiedEvaluation of current training and developmental programmesPromote training projects as required to support the needs of the businessTake ownership for own performance actively seeking opportunities to improve and developPersonal competencies

You will be required to have significant training experience, preferably in a contact centre environmentProven contact centre experienceCustomer orientated backgroundQualifications
