We are an international player in the investment industry who is now expanding its operations in Japan.You will be working within our Business Development division as a self-motivated graduate with an extensive sales/marketing background in their sector.

-Good experience of pitch/presentation delivery.

-Fluent in Japanese (including PERFECT grammar!).

-Has good knowledge of Japanese Investment markets.

-Charming approach to building a strong network.

Duties:

-Finding appropriate portals to market our Investment products.

-Construct Marketing Campaign with Head of Business Development to attract investor attention and interest.

-Source, Manage and Maintain all leads in Japan on company behalf.

-Gain access with high visibility within Japanese information forums.

-Translate web copy for Japanese users.

-Work with research staff to present regular market analysis in Japanese.

-Strategise and Budget for Marketing Campaigns.

-Raise awareness and interest in our unrivalled account structures.

You will be responsible for opening and initiating investment business across both consumer and corporate sectors in Japanese, both over the phone and in person. This role involves constant liaison with Japanese clients at every level from High Net Worth individuals and Corporate Direct ors through to retail investors.

You will receive excellent on-going training including a 1-2 week residential course and induction plus an annual trading course in Switzerland for the top performers.

The successful candidate will be working on a commission structure of up to 60k+ OTE for the first three months (where there will be no limit to your potential earnings), after these three months, if you regularly meet your KPIs, a basic salary will be incorporated into your pay structure+ 28 days holiday + benefits following successful progression.
