You'll need to have exceptional attention to detail, experience in an HR administration or co-ordination role and be used to working proactively to deliver great service to all of our employees and managers.
Your key responsibilities would include:
To provide regional HR administration service of high quality to a range of employees, from senior managers to junior staff, and across multiple sites.This HR service will range from data management in HR systems, managing all HR transactions and reporting, through to providing first line advice to staff and managers. To support the head office HR team in the delivery of a high quality, customer focused HR service.To assist in the provision of comprehensive, accurate, timely and high quality advice and service to the business in the areas of:HR systemsPayroll and benefits administrationPre-emp loyment checks and offer generationLeave managementRecruitment and sourcing activitiesPerformance managementData monitoring and reportingTo assist in the delivery of HR team objectives.To support the implementation of new HR policies and procedures.Key Performance Indicators:
Accuracy and timeliness of transactionsStaff recruitment, absenteeism and retention metricsStaff survey resultsKey customer feedbackDelivery of HR ServiceYou should have the following experience and skills:
Exposure to a broad HR administration or co-ordination roleExcellent IT skills ideally included knowledge of HR systems (we use iTrent, so knowledge of this would be advantageous but not essential)Good employment and HR legislation knowledgeStrong attention to detail and the ability to quickly and accurately input dataCustomer service aptitude and a proactive, friendly approachIn return, we're offering superb career development prospects (the role is available as a result of an interna l promotion) as well as a highly competitive salary and benefits package.Closing date 09/04/2012
