Leading firm, in the heart of the West End, have an opportunity to join their highly successful Professional Development department as a Course Manager.

You will work as part of a team responsible for the full administration, coordination and management of their most highly regarded course. You will have full management of one direct report and your role will be extremely varied and hold vast responsibilities:

To be responsible for the day t o day administration of the function, including oversight of record keeping, budgetary control, events (including interview and workshop days) administration, registering and follow through of candidates

To be responsible for the review and assessment of CPD records, including reminders for completing CPD, review of records, and maintaining records of compliance/non-compliance.

To work on the implementation of a revision to the structure of the CPD system (continuous professional development).

To provide support for, and to engage in, the review of candidate portfolios prior to professional review

To be responsible for the administration for the Professional Review Group, including agenda and minute taking and case preparation.

To assist the HPS in communicating with Chartered Directors and raising profile through activities and through relevant media, including network support, regional activities an d articles.

To provide support for, and to engage in, the review of candidate portfolios prior to professional review.

To engage with and undertake active communications with region offices and those identified for PR purposes.

To maintain statistical records

As the role involves liaising with Director level delegates it is essential that you are a strong and clear communicator and consider yourself highly professional in appearance and attitude.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre have;

at least 2 - 5 years SOLID work history gained within professional services

have had responsibility for a direct report / team member ESSENTIAL

comfortable taking minutes, organising events / workshops / interviews

Experience of due diligence and Quality Assurance processes

Be IT literate and have ideally used a CRM system
