We are delighted to recruit for this interesting and involved position that offers the right candidate the opportunity to develop within Human Resources.

Working closely with the HR Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the HR department run smoothly.Typical duties will be:

Dealing with the personnel database

Updating staff details, preparing statistics, reviewing contracts

Managing the induction process for new starters

Liaising with employment agencies

Dealing with recruitment advertising

Arranging interviews

Liaising with trainers to arrange learning and development options for staff

Collating salary information and liaising with finance

All general duties relating to the activities of the HR department

As you would expect this role requires someone who is experienced in dealing with highly confidential information, The ideal applicant would be able to demonstrate either experience in a similar role or a strong interest in HR.
