Customer Response Team Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a permannent customer response teamtemporary advisor to join our Customer Response Team based at our Head Office in Aston, Birmingham.
You'll deal with customers who are calling us for help and advice. It's a role that will see you perform telephone duties to the highest standards. Based from your workstation, you'll respond to all incoming calls, faxes and emails, accurately enter information onto our systems and deploy jobs to the nearest available Service Centre.
Every customer will have different needs, and you'll follow our procedures to ensure they are given the right support. We'll also expect you to work closely and efficiently with the most appropriate ATS centre so your communication must be as professional with your colleagues as it is with your customers.
You will have a good level of IT literacy and the ability to pick up new software and systems quickly. Your data entry skills should be fast and accurate, and the ability to listen, solve problems and influence others will be important too. We are currently recruiting for the following rolling shift pattern
Week 1 - 11:00am - 7:00pm
Week 2 - 11:00am - 7:00pm
Weeks 3,4 & 5 - 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Week 6 - 1:00pm - 9:00pm
Week 7 - 11:00am - 8:30pm
