My client is a highly successful international brand with a turnover of 50 million per year who are currently looking for an experienced recruiter within the Professional Services sector to join their growing team in the Manchester office to set up a highly lucrative desk (300K + per year). My client are on the PSLs for all top 10 accountancy practice firms.
Responsibilites include all activites pertaining to running a successful desk including generating business opportunities, account management skills, resourcing, screening, selecting and placing professionals. My client has an excellent source of professional candidates and they require a focussed and driven individual to bring knowledge and experience to their current team and utilise their database to make this new desk a success.
Successful applicants will ideally have 18 months + experience within professional services recruitment and a proven track record in selling and/or negotiating.
You must be a success-driven individual who possesses the experience and ability to operate with professionalism and integrity. You must be adaptable and willing to work in a fast-paced and performance-rewarded environment.
