Our client is one of the UK's leading and most innovative Skin Clinic specialists. They are currently looking to recruit a skin practitioner to work at their site in the heart of Cardiff.
Responsible as part of the team for sourcing clients and delivering a legendary client experience; ensuring clients and guests receive a personalised, efficient and consistent service.Support the Registered Manager working to high standards in ensuring the effective operation, development and profitability of the Skin Clinic.
Job Profile
Pro-actively recruit clients with the aim of filling own column.
Participate in teamwork to promote the Clinic, products and treatments.
Carry out treatment procedures, ensuring up to date knowledge of area at all times.
Understand and pro-actively work towards the achievement of the Clinics financial and operational targets.
Ensure all administration procedures regarding client care are carried out, including booking procedures, client payments and consultations.Ensure the secure daily handling of monies and cash transferrals as per the current operations procedure.
Pro-actively work to achieve and exceed sales targets as outlined by the Registered Manager, ensuring daily sales figures and stock returns are reconciled and accurately recorded.
Participate and be actively involved with the Clinic team in promoting the Clinic, products and activities.
Undertake such other duties as the Registered Manager or Assistant Manager may from time to time reasonably require.
The ideal candidate will need to be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy. You will have knowledge and experience of delivering Intense Pulsed Light treatments (IPL). With a minimum of 6 months experience within a similar field.
